F75 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the f75 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to all terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all f75 platform users in Malaysia. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the f75 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the associated Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the f75 platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum age required under applicable Malaysian law, to use this platform. f75 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend access to accounts suspected of being held by users who do not meet the minimum age requirement.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and f75 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the f75 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. f75 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact customer support immediately. f75 accepts no liability for any losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the f75 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or attempts to exploit the platform's systems.
Payments, Transactions, and MYR Currency
All transactions on the f75 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). f75 accepts a range of local payment methods, including online bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set and displayed during the transaction process.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. f75 accepts no liability for delayed or failed transactions resulting from inaccurate information submitted by the user, or delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the f75 account holder. f75 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction, users must report it to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
All bonuses and promotions credited to an account are subject to the rollover (turnover) requirements specified separately in the respective promotion terms. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirements have been met in full.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Usage Rules
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f75 platform: using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform; attempting to hack or exploit technical vulnerabilities; sharing your account with another person; using someone else's credit card or bank account details without their authorisation; and engaging in any form of fraud or manipulation of the betting system.
F75 reserves the right to monitor account activity and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, where there is evidence of a breach of these rules. f75's decision in such matters is final.
Liability Limits
The f75 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or continuous availability of its services. f75 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, data loss, or inaccurate information. f75's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the f75 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the exclusive property of f75 or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from f75.
Account Policies, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Account Suspension and Closure
F75 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the user has breached any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a threat to platform security. A temporary account suspension may be imposed while an investigation is ongoing. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned once all applicable rollover requirements have been met and the identity verification process is complete.
Third-Party Links
The f75 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes only. f75 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
F75 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the f75 platform shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
